Paris in the spring
Read “paree child free”
I spent a whirlwind four days in Paris (sans kids!) and didn’t know what to do without them, but also didn’t have nearly enough time to do all the Paris things.
I was going for a Gyrotonic training at a lovely studio near the Opera so I based myself in that area. But I also got to squeeze in a couple shoots with my Mirth family who were in town to shoot the autumn/winter collection.
The weather was wildly unpredictable and spanned four seasons in four days. I packed lightly and in a carry-on that I had to check for the trip back.
Parisian light
Since you’ll have to wait for photos of the clothes we photographed and the fun people we met, this post is dedicated to the light in Paris. It’s magical at golden hour, it’s magical after the rain, it’s magical in the morning. It’s simply, (dare I say?) magical.
Paris will always have a special place in my heart, as the 6th grader who opted to follow her francophile heart and study French. So enjoy some Parisian inspiration and stay tuned for more…
Gtg, flight is taking off! Off to squeeze my babies.

Can’t believe we got so lucky! You made it such a fun few days!
2 Euros for pain au chocolat? It’s 3x that for a good one here. Sacré bleu!
